FINALE 27 - Core Macros
Core workflow commands for Finale 27 - including tools, layers, chord editing, and several other basic commands.
I have built these macros myself over the course of my time spent using Finale in an effort to speed up my notation/orchestration workflow. I hope that using these will also assist you in creating your projects, as it did mine!
What you'll need:
- Keyboard Maestro (11.0.3 or above)
- Keyboard Maestro only runs on MacOS, so you'll need a working Mac, otherwise this won't benefit you at all!
- RGP Lua (keep reading)
To assign a keystroke to a macro:
Finally, to make the Lua scripts I've uploaded work with Finale and Keyboard Maestro, you first need to install RGP Lua. Luckily, this is a one-time process for which you can follow the official website's installation instructions.
